We're pleased to (re-) introduce 1-hr monthly yoga classes for ALL WOMEN WITHIN THE BIPoC COMMUNITY !

The classes are for cis- and trans- women, as well as non-binary & gender-diverse people who are comfortable in spaces that center the experiences of BIPoC women. It's a special time for special time for BIPoC women to practice together, to mingle, to connect.

Date/Time: 11AM on Saturday, September 26, and every last Saturday of the month onwards
Location: Move Like You studio, 432 Sunnyside Avenue, Ottawa, ON, K1S 4XS
Cost: $20, non-refundable. 

A portion of the funds collected will go towards fundraising for the BIPoC Yogis of Ottawa project's YTT Scholarship, supporting more BIPoC yogis within the Ottawa-Gatineau area with their teacher training certification.

The style of class will vary based on the teacher. In general, this will be an "all-level" class, where prior experience is not needed, i.e. a teacher that can accommodate both people who've never practiced yoga and those who may be more seasoned.
